Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training need to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Qualification
Male / Female, Thai National Over 40 years old.
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
At least 5 years’ experience in Management level.
Experience in managing HR functions in a company with 300 plus employees.
