Business Development (Officer to Senior Level)

Roles & Responsibilities

• ­Comprehend the master plan and revise the in-depth development
­• Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities in real estate industry
­• Initiate concept of projects
­• Support higher levels to create and analyze the project’s financial models
­• Coordinate with all parties such as designer and partners, including the internal team to drive projects: concept design, budget control, and monitoring project until completion
­• Prepare presentations and elaborate projects’ updates or request for approval to top management level

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fields from top universities.
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in the fields such as conceptual designing, construction, business development, feasibility, financial analysis, master planning, large-scale mixed-development, retail interior design,or related fields
• Possessing creative thinking, result and details-oriented, problem-solving skills,and a business mindset
• Good at MS office & IT skills
• Able touse software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software will be an advantage
• Good command in English
