Qualification:
– Bachelor Degree in any field
– Analytic & Strategic Thinking Skills
– Good in MS office & IT skills
– Self-motivated, teamwork-oriented, creative and business mindset
– Have skill experience or interest in any of these topics ;
• Project Financial Feasibility Study and Analysis, Investment Project Planning
• Rental Value Appraisal of Land, Shop house, Building Area
• Financial Tools for Real Estate Investment such as REIT / Property Fund
