HR & Organization Development Manager
Role Summary:
The Head of Strategic HR will oversee the full spectrum of corporate HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and policy governance. With a strong focus on culture transformation and change management, this role will drive initiatives that enhance organizational agility, employee engagement, and leadership capability. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, the role will also lead the design and implementation of frameworks such as succession planning and career development to align people strategies with the company’s long-term vision

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Development & Talent Strategy
• Design and implement integrated talent management frameworks including career paths, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development across all property types.
• Build capability across the organization through leadership development programs, high-potential talent initiatives, and mentoring schemes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce strategies aligned with short- and long-term business goals.
2. Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards)
• Oversee design and periodic benchmarking of compensation structures, incentive programs, and benefits to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Align total rewards strategy with performance culture and talent retention objectives.
• Lead annual performance and compensation review processes in partnership with business units.
3. HR Strategy & Business Partnering
• Translate business priorities into HR strategies and action plans at corporate and business unit levels.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to property management leadership to support workforce planning, performance optimization, and organizational health.
• Drive data-informed decision making using HR analytics, workforce KPIs, and employee engagement insights.
4. HR Governance & Policy Framework
• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company values, and ESG goals.
• Standardize and improve core HR processes (e.g., onboarding, employee relations, grievance handling, HRIS optimization).
• Ensure audit readiness and policy alignment across all business units.
5. Culture & Change Management
• Lead company-wide cultural transformation initiatives to support business growth, agility, and innovation.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformation programs.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, leadership alignment, and culture shaping.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Lead, mentor, and develop a strategic HR team, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and business partnership.
• Build HR business partner capabilities across business units to ensure decentralized support is aligned with corporate strategy.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the HR function.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading cultural transformation, organizational development, and change management in complex, multi-asset environments.
• Experience working in property management, real estate, retail, or asset-intensive sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of modern HR practices in learning & development, talent management, and HR analytics.
• Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and executive influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
